Miranda Konstantinidou Miranda Konstantinidou was born in Thessaloniki (Greece) and grew up in Germany. She studied in Bologna (Italy) and Trier (Germany). Today, the graduate fashion illustrator and designer lives and works most of the time on Cebu (Philippines) and in Luxembourg. In 1986, the designer Miranda Konstantinidou founded the company KONPLOTT. For her creations (“uncompromising accessory collection, trendsetting”), she was the first non-French person to be honoured in Paris with the French fashion press’s first prize for fashion jewellery (by a jury including, among others, Elle, Vogue and Marie Claire). Since then, she has unleashed countless trends in international fashion jewellery with “KONPLOTT”. Konplott Over the last 18 years, KONPLOTT jewellery from designer Miranda Konstantinidou has brought together the most diverse groups of consumers through high-quality, trend-setting collections. Like hardly any other brand, KONPLOTT products are present in popular and specialist media and are showcased by national and international stars and trendsetters. Design and sales concepts are based upon orienting products toward customers’ individual character and the special personal relationship between jewellery and its wearer. Most of the more than 500 employees in Europe and Asia are entrusted with the exclusive handcrafting of the jewellery. This is based on our own technical developments, in which both rare and unusual materials from all over the world are processed through a combination of innovative and traditional production methods. KONPLOTT maintains its own production site on Cebu (Philippines) which, under the leadership of Miranda Konstantinidou, allows a production method which is closely and flexibly aligned to demand while maintaining high levels of quality. An exquisite, Europe-wide network of proprietary and partnered sales outlets is being constantly and carefully expanded and makes a great impact through the impressive, sparkling world of the diverse, high-quality collections. Rather than having seasonal collections, the KONPLOTT programme is being updated almost constantly. Relatively small production runs guarantee the brand’s exclusivity.
